Anti-UV HIP-UV Masterbatch

HIP-UV anti-UV masterbatch, this masterbatch is mostly based on polyethylene or polypropylene and prevents the product from being damaged by the sun’s ultraviolet rays.

The most destructive part of sunlight is its UV part, which is in the wavelength range of 290-400 nm. UV absorbers usually operate in a narrow range, so they have a wide variety. Polymers degrade when exposed to sunlight, change color or transparency. Degradation of polymer by sunlight is called photooxidation, which is done by the following mechanism.

HIP-UV anti-UV masterbatch is produced in two types of 1 and 2% by weight. This masterbatch is mostly based on polyethylene or polypropylene and prevents the destruction of the produced product against the ultraviolet rays of the sun. In the production of this product, HALS anti-UV additives have been used. This type of additive is made from the combination of several types of anti-UV additives, which strengthens the anti-UV properties and increases the life of the produced part.
