Hiperen AB antibacterial masterbatch, despite having a higher quality, has a lower price than the similar foreign and domestic types available in the market.

This batch of masterbatch contains biocide nanoparticles (microorganism killer) with a completely new chemical composition for use in all types of plastic industries. These masterbatches are produced using a proprietary three-step technique (patented) that allows for complete dispersion and no absolute change in particle size in the masterbatch production process. For this reason, the antimicrobial content of these masterbatches is perfectly mixed with all plastic materials and gives them complete antimicrobial properties.

These materials are designed, produced and supplied in the form of granules with different plastic bases including PP, HDPE, LDPE, PS, PC, PET, ABS, PVC based on the needs and limitations of related industries and consumers. The use of very small percentages of these granules (between 2 and 5% by weight) in the process of mixing and shaping plastic materials will lead to the creation of parts and structures with real and complete antibacterial properties. Also, antibacterial powders (such as PVC and PE powders) are also produced in the same way and are used in much lower percentages (less than 1%) in the process of forming some plastic parts.

It is completely transparent and does not add any color to the polymer background so that the natural color of the product is completely preserved. Therefore, they are easily used in transparent plastics in various thicknesses.

They do not affect the mechanical properties of the final plastic product.

It can be easily used in all plastic forming processes, including injection, extrusion, air molding, film and fibers, and they do not cause any changes in the process conditions and normal settings of the devices.

It uses different mechanisms for germicide at the same time, so that it can be used in all environmental conditions such as high humidity, dry environments, dark spaces and dusty environments.

It shows effective performance against various types of bacteria such as E.Coli and fungi such as bread and fruit mold.

It has a very high durability in plastic materials and parts.
